Good to know
How do I know if a part fits my vehicle?
Choose your vehicle via 'Shop by vehicle' or the vehicle finder. Your choice is remembered and every product card will show whether the part fits.
What if a part is not in stock?
Almost everything is in stock and processed within 1β2 working days. If an item is not in stock, we will let you know. Delivery within the EU then usually follows within 14β21 working days.
Can you also fit the parts?
Yes. You can bring your vehicle to our workshop, where we fit the parts. Please contact us in advance to book an appointment.
Do you also ship outside Belgium?
We ship worldwide. Within the EU by standard shipping (3β7 working days after dispatch), elsewhere with DHL Express. You will see the shipping costs at checkout.
I'm a garage or dealer. Do I get different prices?
Become an official ORD dealer via the application form. We will review your application and contact you within 24 hours about the dealer terms.
